Join one of Wales leading main agricultural dealerships serving South & West Wales.

We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our established service network covering South and East Wales, working from our Llandow depot.

Monday to Friday plus alternate Saturday mornings
24 days holidays pro rata plus bank holidays
Overtime available during busy periods 
Key responsibilities include:

Face to face and telephone/email parts sales enquiries, supporting customers and workshop staff with parts identification.
Using computerised parts/stock control system
Ordering, picking and unpacking parts ready for customer handover.
Engaging with customers, manufacturers and internal departments
Other general duties to ensure smooth operation
PARTS (manufacturer) training as required
Horticultural equipment sales (Lawnmowers/Chainsaws etc.)
What we’re looking for:

Excellent customer service and communication skills with a ‘can do’ attitude 
Computer literate
Full clean driving licence
Team player with initiative & enthusiasm
Dedicated professional who shares our values
